Skin tightening

Sagging skin can be another sign of aging but there are treatments available that don’t involve surgery or recovery time. Thermage® and ThermiTight® are two options that use radiofrequency energy to firm and tighten the neck. During this safe treatment, the thermal energy is directed deep into the layers of the skin, which encourages the body to create new collagen for a younger, more supple appearance.

Fat removal

Fat can collect in the neck, particularly under the chin and jawline. Several treatment options exist, including CoolSculpting®, which involves eliminating fat bulges by freezing, micro liposuction, which can get rid of fat with small incisions and cannulas, and Kybella®, which can be injected to lessen the amount of fat.

Clearer skin

Blotchy patches and discoloration of the skin can be helped using laser energy from Fraxel® laser resurfacing. This procedure can also stimulate production of collagen and elastin for tighter, smoother skin.
